COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Spectranetics Corporation (Nasdaq:SPNC) today announced that the Company will release 2008 fourth quarter and full year financial results prior to market open on Thursday, February 19, 2009. Company management will host an investment-community conference call beginning at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) on Thursday, February 19 to discuss those results and to answer questions.
