"I am pleased to announce that we have obtained the exclusive operating agreement for the Panama City Television Station W40BU covering the Designated Market Area (DMA) known as Panama City which includes the cities of Panama City and Panama City Beach. In addition, IGSM GROUP, INC. has obtained a franchise agreement for FamilyNet Television, which will be the primary channel on this station when it completes its digital conversion in the coming months," said H.
