Diagnos Inc.: DIAGNOS Announces Memorandum of Understanding with ISee3D Inc.
BROSSARD, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 29, 2009) - DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, announces today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, and associated Non-Disclosure Agreement with ISee3D Inc., a Canadian technology Company that holds patents and is developing a single lens camera technology capable of capturing on-the-fly, high definition (HD) broadcast quality 3D video.
"We believe that by working together we can jointly leverage each other's strengths in our respective technologies to offer enhanced diagnostic and analytic applications to our clients" said Andre Larente, President of DIAGNOS.

Additionally, ISee3D plans to take advantage of DIAGNOS' competency in software design and development for a variety of Isee3D initiatives.
