(CRESO) properties located in Ontario, Canada. The agreement consists of services to be provided by DIAGNOS consisting of regional data, local property data analysis and the delivery of a high mineral potential maps outlining the potential targets for gold mineralization and discoveries for a fee of $50,000 CDN.
