IDO Security Announces Partnership With Lotan Security

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL--(Marketwire - December 7, 2009) - IDO Security, Inc. (OTCBB: [ IDOI ]) ([ www.idosecurityinc.com ]), developer of the innovative MagShoe™ "shoes-on" weapons metal detection system, announced today that the company has entered into a Cooperative Agreement with Lotan Security, LTD.

Lotan Security is an Israeli company specializing in HLS consulting, training and integration of security technologies and products for major turnkey HLS related projects. Headed by the former head of training for EL-AL security, Mr. Dotan Sagi, Lotan is involved as an integrator in several HLS projects in Thailand and the Far East in the Government and Civil Aviation sectors.
