Orthofix International Announces Resignation of Thomas J. Kester From Board of Directors

BOSTON--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Orthofix International N.V. (NASDAQ: OFIX) (the Company) announced today that Thomas J. Kester has resigned, effective immediately, from the Companya™s Board of Directors. Mr. Kester has been an independent Director of Orthofix since August of 2004. He served as a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. His resignation is not because of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Companya™s operations, policies or practices.
