LEXINGTON, Mass.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Curis, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRIS), a drug development company seeking to develop next generation targeted small molecule drug candidates for cancer treatment, today announced that the Company will be presenting at the 18th Annual Future Leaders inthe Biotech Industry Conference at 3:00 p.m. EDT on April 15, 2011, in New York City.

Dan Passeri, President and Chief Executive Officer, will provide an overview of Curisa™ proprietary drug candidates, including CUDC-101, a first-in-class HDAC/EGFR/Her2 inhibitor, and CUDC-907, an HDAC/PI3 kinase inhibitor. Mr. Passeri will also discuss the status of Curisa™ partnered programs, including lead molecule GDC-0449, an orally-administered small molecule Hedgehog Pathway Inhibitor that is being developed by Curisa™ collaborator Genentech, and Debio 0932, an HSP90 inhibitor that is under development by Curisa™ licensee Debiopharm.
