IMAGING DYNAMICS ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

CALGARY, May 25, 2011 /CNW/ - Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. ("IDC" or the "Company") (TSX: IDL) a global leader in the high growth digital radiography (DR) equipment market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Shameze Rampertab, B.Sc., MBA, CA, to the Board of Directors of IDC effective May 24, 2011.

Mr. Rampertab is a seasoned business finance leader in the healthcare sector with depth of experience in capital markets, finance, strategic planning and analysis. Mr. Rampertab is currently the Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer for Intellipharmaceutics International Inc. (NASDAQ:IPCI; TSX:I) based in Toronto, Canada. Prior to this, he spent 14 years in capital markets serving the life sciences sector.

Mr. Rampertab currently holds his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, an MBA from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto.
