MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Uroplasty, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ UPI ]) announced today that it will release financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2012 ended December 31, 2011, at the market close on Thursday, January 26, 2012.  The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (3:30 p.m. Central Time).
