RICHMOND, Calif., Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sangamo BioSciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: [ SGMO ]) today announced that the company will release its fourth quarter and full year 2011 financial results on Wednesday, February 8, 2012, after the market closes. The press release will be followed by a conference call at 5:00 p.m. ET, which will be open to the public via telephone and webcast.
