("Sysmex"), the Canadian subsidiary of Sysmex Corporation, a global leader in clinical laboratory systemization and solutions. Under the Agreement, CML will purchase three Sysmex HST-N™ Total Hematology Automation System lines which will be fully implemented and operational by the second quarter of 2013. The Sysmex automated hematology lines will provide CML with the benefits of enhanced clinical opportunities, increased capacity, and improved operational efficiencies.
