SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - October 7, 2009) - San West, Inc. (OTCBB: [ SNWT ]), a Company that designs, manufacturers, sells and repairs off-road buggies, announced today that it has entered into a partnership with Southern California market leader, [ San Diego SportCycles ].

The partnership with San Diego SportCycles, which grossed an estimated $700,000 in 2008, not only gives BuggyWorld access to industry leading products including [ No Fear ], [ Oakley, ] Fox, Alpinestars, Bridgestone, Scott, K&N, Shoei and [ VP Racing Fuels ] to name a few, but also brings a large amount of foot and web traffic to Buggy World.

Frank Drechsler, CEO, San West, Inc., states, "This alliance is one milestone of many that we have been working diligently to accomplish as it adds to our growing revenue streams. Hence, as we continue to pursue increasing market share and the objectives outlined in our previous announcement, our growth could be further enhanced."

Under the terms of the agreement, San Diego SportCycles will open a store and sell products through Buggy World's flagship Santee, CA location, which will also become San Diego SportsCycles' primary location. This additional product offering of motorcycles, both for off road and city use, ATVs, off road gear and accessories is expected to increase customer traffic exponentially. It is also expected to create a strong new revenue stream for the Buggy World service center, which will now offer services, repairs and upgrades on ATV, Street Bikes and Off Road Motorcycles.

Mr. Drechsler went on to say, "We have had great success in our niche of the off road market, focusing primarily on off road buggies and go karts, but this will create a whole new market for us, one that often crosses our own. Once we have integrated the San Diego SportCycles products, not only can we take advantage of a huge motorcycle market but reach a whole group of customers that have not considered other off road vehicles. This really is our chance to be a "one stop shop" for off road market and that is very exciting for us."
