HAYWARD, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Impax Laboratories, Inc.(NASDAQ: IPXL) held its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders today in San Mateo, California. Impax stockholderselected to a one-year term each of the seven nominees for director named in the Companya™s proxy statement, approved the amendment of the Company's Amended and Restated 2002 Equity Incentive Planand ratified the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
