(aOdysseya or the aCompanya) (Nasdaq:ODSY) relating to the proposed acquisition by Gentiva Health Services, Inc. (aGentivaa). Under the terms of the offer, Odyssey shareholders would receive $27.00 for each share of Odyssey stock they own.
