(NYSE: [ SKH ]) today announced that Boyd Hendrickson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Dev Ghose, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to present at Credit Suisse's Annual Healthcare Conference on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 7:30 AM Mountain Time / 9:30 AM Eastern Time. The conference is being held at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona.
