NEW YORK, March 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- [ Bernstein Liebhard LLP ] is investigating whether the Board of Directors of ZOLL Medical Corporation ("ZOLL" or the "Company") (NASDAQ GS: ZOLL) breached its fiduciary duty to its shareholders in agreeing to sell ZOLL to Asahi Kasei Corporation.
