Chemed Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of Six Cents

CINCINNATI--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents per share on the Company's capital stock, payable on March 20, 2009, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 2, 2009. This represents the 151st consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 37 years as a public company.
