Thrive World Wide, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Certain Jarish, Inc. Assets

LAKE GENEVA, WI--(Marketwire - July 19, 2010) - Thrive World Wide, Inc. (OTCBB: [ TWWI ]) announced that it has completed the acquisition of certain Jarish, Inc. assets. These assets include [ www.pointcredits.com ] and [ www.pointscredits.com ]. Thrive World Wide, Inc. will continue with its current operations and plans to utilize these assets and expertise to expand their product offerings. This acquisition is part of a modification of the original Jarish acquisition agreement.
