WILMINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - April 11, 2011) - Implant Sciences Corporation (OTCQB: [ IMSC ]) (PINKSHEETS: [ IMSC ]), a high technology supplier of systems and sensors for homeland security and defense markets, today announced that it has renegotiated its credit agreements with its senior secured investor, DMRJ Group LLC.

On April 7, 2011, DMRJ agreed to extend the maturity of all Implant Sciences' indebtedness to September 30, 2011. Further detail will be provided in our Current Report on Form 8-K.
