QUEBEC CITY, May 2 /CNW Telbec/ - TSO3 Inc. ("TSO3") (TSX: TOS) will report first quarter (Q1) 2011 financial results, for the period ending March 31, 2011 and hold its fiscal 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday May 11, 2011.
