URBAN AG Corporation Finalizes $4 Million Acquisition of CCS Environmental Worldwide, Inc.; Provides Environmental Remediation and Abatement Services for Disaster Recovery, Oil Spill, Asbestos and Toxic Contaminant Clean Up

DANVERS, MA--(Marketwire - Nov 8, 2011) - URBAN AG Corporation (PINKSHEETS: [ AQUM ]) -- [ http://www.urbanagcorp.net ] -- announced today it has purchased 100% percent of the Common Shares of CCS Environmental Worldwide Incorporated, an environmental remediation firm based in Massachusetts with licenses to provide abatement, removal and other environmental engineering activities in 40 states. The transaction value is estimated to be $4 million.

"We are pleased to announce our acquisition of CCS Environmental Worldwide," said Billy V. Ray, URBAN AG CEO. "We believe the environmental remediation market, estimated in the tens of billions of dollars, represents a challenging opportunity to gain a significant share of a fragmented industry characterized by hundreds of small local firms who would benefit from national aggregation."

According to Marc Bourassa, President, CCS Environmental Worldwide, "It is our plan to move forward and become a consolidator, changing the way many firms have been operating by introducing 21st. century systems, quality control management, and back office synergy to drive substantial growth in top line revenue and operating margins. Being part of URBAN AG allows us access to the capital markets our acquisition candidates did not have, and which are necessary to grow this business exponentially. Our goal is national recognition over the coming years."

The CCS Environmental Worldwide clients include Fortune 500 companies such as Comcast, Bank of America and CB Richard Ellis. The firm's core competencies feature removal of hazardous material, soil contamination remediation, disaster recovery, oil spill clean up, asbestos removal and other elimination of other environmental or toxic contaminants.
