NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) and Wyeth (NYSE: WYE) today announced that they will be holding a live press conference to discuss today's announcement that Pfizer will acquire Wyeth. The executives will make remarks followed by Q&A.

The press conference will also be available via a secure audio conference line that requires on-line pre-registration and a personal PIN number. Upon completing the registration process, you will be provided a personal PIN to use when calling in to the conference.
