NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - May 25, 2010) - InternetArray, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ INAR ]) announced today that its 2009 financial statements have been uploaded to Pinksheets.com. The Company is providing its shareholders improved access to its financial status, and as a result, the Company has been upgraded to "Limited Information." In addition, the Company and its legal counsel plan to begin the process of reviewing and compiling the required Information and Disclosure Statement to facilitate an upgrade to "Current Information" status with Pinksheets.com.
