Alcon Announces Third Quarter 2010 Financial Release and Conference Call Dates

HUENENBERG, Switzerland--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Alcon, Inc. (NYSE: ACL) will report on its third quarter financial results for the period ended September 30, 2010 after the market close on Wednesday, October 20, 2010.
