NIS Holdings Unveils New Corporate Website

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - February 24, 2011) - NIS HOLDINGS CORP. (OTCQB: [ NISC ]) (PINKSHEETS: [ NISC ]), unveiled its new corporate website today.

The newly redesigned Web site of NIS Holdings goes live today on the World Wide Web. NISHoldings.com aims to inform the public and its shareholders of the new horizons, and the company's new direction. "It is still being worked on to bring all relevant sections up to date with everything the company is planning on doing, and to be able to offer more information to investors," said Vassiliki Anagnostou, Director and Secretary of the Board.

The site will soon be updated to include downloadable data such as financial information and business plans. Anyone wishing to get more information in the meanwhile can contact the company directly.
