("IDC" or the "Company") (TSX: IDL) a global leader in the high growth digital radiography (DR) equipment market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Shameze Rampertab, B.Sc., MBA, CA, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDC effective September 13, 2011. Former Chairman, Mr. Jerry Cirino, continues to serve the Company as a Director.
