Imaging Diagnostic Systems Assigns ID-Matrix Systems as Exclusive Distributor for China

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--([ ])--Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTCBB:IMDS), a pioneer in laser optical breast imaging announced today that it has signed an exclusive agreement with ID Matrix Systems as its new distribution partner for all of China. ID-Matrix Systems will market and sell the CTLM system to private and government hospitals and private imaging centers throughout China and Hong Kong.

"China is a highly desirable territory due to its large population, growing economy and its demand for innovative technologies. This agreement requires ID-Matrix to order a minimum of 15 CTLM systems within the first year of the contract along with a 50% deposit with each order to remain as the company's exclusive distributor.
