IDC PARTICIPATES IN CANADIAN GOVERNMENT LED TRADE MISSION TO SAUDI ARABIA

CALGARY, Jan. 27 /CNW/ - Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. ("IDC" or the "Company") (TSX: IDL) a global leader in the high growth digital radiography (DR) equipment market, today announced that it is participating in a trade mission organized by the Canadian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) being held January 29 to 31, 2011 with key industry and Ministry of Health leaders in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The objective of the mission is to connect Canadian developers and manufacturers of medical technologies to business opportunities emerging from major investments in Gulf State healthcare infrastructure.

As an invited attendee, IDC will be introduced to the key buyers and decision makers who are directly involved in the selection and procurement of medical equipment, services and supporting technology for major hospitals, clinics and health authorities in the Gulf region.

Mr. Swapan Kakumanu, President and Chief Executive Officer for IDC will attend on the Company's behalf.

In addition, in October, 2010, Saudi Arabia and Canada signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that will see a greater exchange of expertise and technical knowledge between the two countries.
