During a 21-year career at Wyeth, Mr. Norden advanced through a series of senior financial management positions, including Senior Vice President and CFO of American Home Food Products; Senior Vice President and CFO of Wyeth Laboratories a" North America; Executive Vice President and CFO of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals; and, from 2007 to 2010, Senior Vice President and CFO of Wyeth. Wyeth was acquired by Pfizer in October 2009 in a transaction valued at $68 billion. Prior to joining Wyeth, Mr. Norden worked in audit management at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mr. Norden graduated from the State University of New York a" Plattsburgh and received his M.S. in Accounting from Long Island University a" C. W. Post. He has been licensed as a certified public accountant by the state of New York since 1984.
