LecTec Corporation Announces Trial Adjourned Until April 11, 2011

TEXARKANA, Texas--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--LecTec Corporation (OTCBB:LECT) announced that in the patent infringement litigation entitled LecTec Corporation v. Chattem, Inc. et al. the parties met for their final pretrial hearing and the trial wasadjourned to April 11, 2011 in view ofaJanuary 4, 2011 appellate court decision that was not specifically related to the case.

LecTec is an intellectual property (aIPa) licensing and holding company with approximately $9.3M in cash at September 30, 2010. LecTec holds multiple domestic and international patents based on its original hydrogel patch technology and has also filed for a provisional patent forits hand sanitizer patch.
