LIMERICK, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX), a leading global provider of medical technology products, announces that on Friday, December 31, 2010 it completed the previously announced sale of its subsidiary Telair International Incorporateda™s Actuation business to TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE: TDG). The sale proceeds are approximately $94 million.

Actuation will be reflected as a discontinued operation in Teleflexa™s future consolidated financial statements.
