WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Merck (NYSE: MRK) will hold its fourth-quarter 2010 sales and earnings conference call with institutional investors and analysts beginning at 8 a.m. EST on Thursday, Feb. 3. During the call, Kenneth C. Frazier, chief executive officer, Peter N. Kellogg, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Adam H. Schechter, president, Global Human Health, will provide an overview of Mercka™s financial performance for the quarter.
