WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--At their meeting today, the Board of Directors of Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside the U.S. and Canada, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share on the company's common stock for the second quarter of 2011. Payment will be made on April 7, 2011 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2011.
