RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--[ Health Net Federal Services ], LLC, part of the Government Contracts segment of [ Health Net, Inc. ] (NYSE:HNT), today announced it was awarded a contract by the New Mexico Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Care System (NMVAHCS) to provide primary and preventive health services to an estimated 1,000 Veterans in a newly established VA Contract Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CCBOC) in Taos, N.M. The new facility is anticipated to open on October 3, 2011.
