INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: [ LLY ]) has once again been selected one of the "100 Best Companies" by Working Mother magazine. This is the 17th consecutive year for this honor.
In its 26th year, the Working Mother100 Best Companies initiative selects the nation's top companies for family-friendly benefits. One hundred percent of this year's winning companies offer flex-time hours, telecommuting, paid maternity leave and employee assistance programs, according to the magazine.
