In its 26th year, the Working Mother100 Best Companies initiative selects the nation's top companies for family-friendly benefits. One hundred percent of this year's winning companies offer flex-time hours, telecommuting, paid maternity leave and employee assistance programs, according to the magazine.
Lilly has an extensive record of creating a working environment that empowers employees to balance professional and personal life responsibilities.
