TAMPA, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Growth Technologies International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GRWT) (the aCompanya or aGROWTHa) announced today the completion of the acquisition of BulovaTech Labs (aLABSa) from Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BLVT). GROWTH believes the acquisition endows the Company with a portfolio of technologies with transformational potential. GROWTHa�s business plan is to commercialize, license or sell the technologies as they mature. In connection with the LABS acquisition agreement, the Company granted Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. a first right of refusal with respect to defense technologies.

The technologies are concentrated in the following fields:

Defense
Alternative Energy
Alternative Healthcare
Healthcare Information
Construction and Building Materials
