EVANSTON, IL--(Marketwire - June 17, 2010) - Optimum Interactive (USA) Ltd. Company (PINKSHEETS: [ OPTL ]), a leading provider of web-based organizational network and SaaS business tools, will continue to fund its expansion with an increase, from $3.2 million to $6 million, in its Founder, Board & Management Convertible Finance Facility.

The Finance Facility will be used to fund expansion of Optimum's development team, [ complete the ZOI Greek Telephone Directory acquisition ], and establish a cross channel sales efforts into the [ faith-based ] and professional channels to better serve and allow for the continued expansion of the Celect.org™ business model.
