BENSALEM, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Law Offices of Howard G. Smith announces that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased the common stock of XenoPort, Inc. (aXenoPorta or the aCompanya) (Nasdaq:XNPT) between May 5, 2009 and February 17, 2010, inclusive (the aClass Perioda). The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
