Biomagnetics Announces a Webinar by Los Alamos National Security, LLC and Investor Update by CEO Clayton Hardman
SAN FRANCISCO--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp., (PINK SHEETS:[ BMGP ]) a developer of revolutionary diagnostic systems and other innovative technologies, today announced that Dr. Harshini Mukundan, Scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratories (aLANLa) will present a video webinar on the Integrated Optical Biosensor Development (IOBS) technology developed at LANL. The webinar will explore the genesis of the IOBS Unit as well as a simplified technical review of the system versus current diagnostic methodology.
Following the presentation by Dr. Harshini Mukundan, Clayton Hardman, CEO of Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp. will provide investors with an audio update of the Companya�s progression of the IOBS technology and its two recently announced proposed acquisitions in China, which are both in the due diligence process and moving forward according to plan. The call will be opened for questions and answers after Mr. Hardmana�s update.

Biomagnetics has entered into a Patent License Agreement with Los Alamos National Security, LLC. Under the agreement, Biomagnetics will have access to the IOBS technology. The Company continues to aggressively work toward development of the world's first integrated optical biosensor for the detection of disease causing pathogens. Biomagnetics is initially focusing on cholera, tuberculosis and malaria diagnosis.
