Zamansky & Associates Commences Fraud Investigation into Gentiva Health Services (GTIV) for Misleading Investors

NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Zamansky & Associates (aZamanskya) has commenced an investigation into Gentiva Health Services, Inc. On May 12, 2010, the United States Senate Finance Committee requested information from Gentiva regarding its Medicare utilization rates and amount of therapy services furnished to each beneficiary. On May 26, 2010 the Senate Finance Committee requested supplemental information relating to Gentivaa™s compliance program, policies and procedures and billing manuals. On July 13, 2010, the Company revealed that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had commenced a similar investigation and had served a subpoena seeking the preservation of documents going back to 2000.
