  • Tekashi 6ix9ine has slammed LA Fitness with a lawsuit after he was brutally beaten by alleged gang members in one of their facilities.

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, has filed a $1 million lawsuit against LA Fitness, alleging negligence after he was brutally attacked in the gym's sauna on March 21, 2023. Hernandez claims that the gym failed to provide adequate security measures despite knowing his high-profile status and the potential risks associated with it. The lawsuit states that Hernandez suffered severe injuries, including facial cuts and bruises, and was left in a vulnerable state due to the lack of staff intervention during the assault. The attackers reportedly fled the scene before police arrived, and Hernandez is seeking compensation for his physical injuries, emotional distress, and loss of earnings due to the incident. LA Fitness has not yet publicly responded to the allegations.
