  • Utah's Third District Court has found the 'Utah Fits All' scholarship program to be unconstitutional, in a ruling that was by the court earlier today.

A Utah judge has ruled that the state's Carson Smith Special Needs Scholarship program, which provides funding for students with disabilities to attend private schools, is constitutional. The decision came after a lawsuit claimed the program violated the state's constitution by using public funds for religious education.
