Bhagyashree, a Bollywood actress, has shared three effective chair exercises designed for elderly people and workaholics to help maintain fitness without needing to leave their homes or offices. The first exercise, Seated Leg Lifts, involves sitting on the edge of a chair and lifting one leg at a time to strengthen the quadriceps and hip flexors. The second, Seated March, requires sitting upright and alternately lifting the knees towards the chest to improve cardiovascular health and leg strength. The third exercise, Seated Twist, entails sitting with feet flat on the floor and twisting the torso side to side to enhance flexibility and core strength. These exercises are simple, require no equipment, and can be easily incorporated into daily routines to promote health and mobility.
