In an interview with People magazine, actor and comedian Aparna Nancherla discussed her struggles with mental health, revealing that she has been dealing with depression and anxiety since childhood. Nancherla, who has written a new book titled "Unreliable Narrator: Me, Myself, and Impostor Syndrome," shared that she often felt like an outsider and struggled with feelings of inadequacy. She hopes that by speaking openly about her experiences, she can help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues and encourage others to seek help. Nancherla also emphasized the importance of self-care and finding healthy coping mechanisms, such as therapy and meditation, to manage her mental health.
