The Headquarters of the Central Naval Command in Yenagoa on Saturday conducted its fourth quarterly route march for the year to ensure the physical fitness and mental health alertness of its personnel

The event, flagged off by Commodore Abdulakim Ojebode, the Commander of the Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) SOROH, saw participation from officers, ratings, and civilian staff. Commodore Ojebode emphasized the importance of physical fitness for operational efficiency and mental alertness, stating that such activities are crucial for maintaining the Navy's readiness and effectiveness. The march also served as a platform to enhance camaraderie and morale within the ranks, highlighting the Navy's commitment to the well-being of its members.
