Haywood County Police seeks victims of Sylva man charged with sex crimes at fitness center

  • The Haywood County Sheriff's Office is requesting information on other victims of a Sylva man Charged with two sex crimes, according to a Facebook post.

Randall Scott Moss, a 58-year-old man from Sylva, North Carolina, has been charged with multiple sex crimes following incidents at a local fitness center. Moss faces allegations of secretly recording women in the bathroom and engaging in inappropriate physical contact. The Haywood County Sheriff's Office is actively seeking additional victims to come forward, as they believe there might be more individuals affected by Moss's actions. Moss has been charged with felony secret peeping, felony indecent liberties with a child, and misdemeanor sexual battery. Authorities have released Moss's photo on social media to aid in identifying potential victims. Anyone with information or who believes they might have been a victim is encouraged to contact the Haywood County Sheriff's Office.
