These earbuds feature a photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor for heart rate monitoring, similar to what's found in fitness trackers, and they also include a hearing test functionality that can be performed through an app. However, there's a catch: the heart rate monitoring might not be as accurate as dedicated fitness devices due to potential interference from movement or sweat. Additionally, while the concept of monitoring hearing health is innovative, the effectiveness and reliability of such features in earbuds are still under scrutiny. The earbuds are set to launch in April, with a price tag of $330, positioning them as a premium option in the market.
