- Practicing certain exercises, staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, and getting 6-8 hours of sleep can improve focus and energy levels. Adding short breaks and practicing mindfulness can also help reduce anxiety and improve well-being.

- Wall Angels - This exercise helps in aligning the spine and shoulders by standing against a wall and moving arms up and down in an 'angel wings' motion.
- Cat-Cow Stretch - A yoga pose that involves alternating between arching the back (cow) and rounding it (cat) to increase flexibility in the spine and relieve tension.
- Thoracic Spine Rotation - This involves sitting on the floor with legs crossed and rotating the upper body to each side to improve thoracic mobility.
- Plank - A core strengthening exercise that also helps in maintaining a neutral spine, thus supporting better posture.
- Chin Tucks - An exercise to correct forward head posture by gently tucking the chin in, which helps in reducing neck strain.
