A recent study published in the journal *Clinical Nutrition* suggests that regular coffee consumption could contribute to a longer and healthier life. The research, which analyzed data from over 500,000 individuals across 10 European countries, found that coffee drinkers had a lower risk of death from various causes, including heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers. The study highlighted that both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee offered health benefits, likely due to the presence of antioxidants and other bioactive compounds in coffee. These compounds are believed to reduce inflammation, improve insulin sensitivity, and support liver function. The findings indicate that moderate coffee intake, around three to four cups per day, might be optimal for health benefits, although individual responses can vary.
