She aims to promote mental health awareness through her platform, "Breaking the Silence: Mental Health Matters." TheyLeah Hall, a 17-year-old from Ewa Beach, is a senior at James Campbell High School with plans to study nursing at Chaminade University. Her platform, "The Heart of a Child," focuses on pediatric cancer awareness. Both winners will advance to the national competition in Tennessee in June.
